Morning race and litter

Hi Linda

There was again a race this morning past my house. Loud music was being played from 6.30 from a car.
I had to eventually ask the people concerned to move their car. 
As you can see from the photos an extraordinary amount of litter was left behind by the runners not to even talk about the noise level. 
Do you know who the organizers are?
I would like that runners are asked to provide their own water and not given plastic packets of water.
I am still picking up plastic from races held last year. My garden rubble bin was removed from its place so that runners could use it as a rubbish bin – as you can see from the photo. 
I am truly astonished at the level of entitlement and lack of respect for home owners in the vicinity.
